When do you update your shop ?
I try to propose new creations on the shop 3 times a year. If you want to know when will be the next update you send me your mail here I will informe you when I update my shop or follow me on Instagram.
If you like one of the items already sold, contact me and I will do my best to do something similar for you.
 
Where are you located ?
The workshop is based in Saint Sulpice sur Lèze located 30 km south of Toulouse. I ship all orders from this location.

 

Do you accept custom requests ?
Yes ! For all custom requests or collaborations contact me to present your ideas, your project. I will try to answer as best as possible.

 

Where do you ship ?
I ship to France and Europe. If you wish to obtain a specific quote for a shipment outside Europe, please contact before placing an order by indicating the items you plan to buy.


Do you accept credit cards ?
All payments are made via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make the payment.

I accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
 
How long will it take to receive my order ?
I pack carefully each order and I ship it by carrier. Your order should arrive between 3-5 business days in France and Europe, and for the rest of the world 7-14 business days.
 
I live in the Toulouse region, can I come and take my order at your workshop ?
Yes, you can! If you live in the big Toulouse I come to deliver you.
Just send me an email with your request so we can set the time and date of delivery.
 
Are your finishes suitable for food contact ?
Yes, they are! All items are non-toxic. Two types of finishes are proposed.
A satin finish elaborated with beeswax and grapeseed oil. To maintain it when
we see that the finish is a little faded. Spend a clear oil rapeseed or sunflower with a cloth, wait a few minutes for the oil to permeate. Wipe and let dry.
A second satin or matte finish based on varnish (standard NF EN 1186), more resistant it requires no maintenance but a less natural rendering.
For these two finishes, hand washing is strongly recommended.
 
Do you accept returns ?
I accept returns only in the unlikely event that the part is damaged during shipment. In this case send an email with the photo of the damaged part within 24 hours after receipt to arrange a replacement.
